John Perna has been teaching ballroom dance for over ten years. He is certified by the U.S. Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance in Standard, American Smooth, and American Rhythm at the Associate (Bronze) level. He loves ballroom dance and loves to share his enthusiasm for it. His motto is “The world would be a better place if more people danced.” A trained as a civil engineer, when he’s not dancing he’s probably at his church, where he serves as music director.
