This beginner-friendly session is perfect for all animal lovers. Angela Zachary will guide you step-by-step through the fundamentals of dry needle felting. (OPTIONAL) Bring to the workshop a small amount of pet fur/hair (golf ball size or more) to the workshop but it is not necessary. Spring is in the air and what better time to create some special art to hang in your window! In this no experience needed workshop, you’ll learn all the steps to create a stained glass sun catcher! In this workshop you’ll gain understanding of how to cut glass, use a glass grinder, the copper foil method and how to use a soldering iron. We will discuss safety working with these materials as well as provide eye protection, gloves, and masks if needed. We will have multiple designs to choose from, and you get to go home with a completed project.

Throughout this 6-week class, you will learn how colors interact with one another to set the mood and create interest in your composition.
