Rhythm & Release An Open Air Lakeside Vinyasa + Yin ExperienceHealth, Wellness, Sports & GamesA curated evening of movement and music on the lake at golden hour. Join us on the terrace overlooking Lake St. Clair for an immersive evening where breath, rhythm, and sunset come together in perfect harmony. We’ll begin with an energizing Vinyasa flow led by yoga instructor Dena Bostwick(IG@denadoingherbest), moving to a live DJ set by Konfucious (IG@konfucious_). The music will guide the pace of the practice as we sync breath to rhythm, build heat, and awaken the body. As the sun lowers and the energy softens, we’ll transition into a grounding Yin practice and sound experience with Lisa Fischer (IG@strengthmeetssound) designed to release tension, restore balance, and create space within. Dena Bostwick (RYT-500) brings over 15 years of dedicated yoga practice and more than 500 hours of training to her teaching. She completed her foundational training at Lifetime in Bloomfield Hills and her advanced studies at Vikasa in Koh Samui, Thailand, where she trained with renowned teachers Jonah Kest and Alexey Vyazovov. Dena’s classes blend strength, flow, and mindfulness to create a practice that is both empowering and accessible. Lisa Fischer is a certified Sound Healer and Trauma-Informed Somatic Life Coach whose work focuses on helping people reconnect with stillness in an often fast-paced world. After discovering the profound calm that sound healing brought to her own busy mind, she devoted herself to sharing its transformative potential. Through resonant tones and intentional space-holding, Lisa guides participants into deep relaxation and restorative rest. DJ Konfucious blends atmospheric beats and soulful rhythms to create environments that feel both energizing and meditative. His sets have moved crowds everywhere from high-energy fitness studios like Title Boxing, Orange Theory, and F45 to beloved Detroit venues including Spotlite, SPKRBOX, and Willis Show Bar. For this special evening, he’ll craft a soundscape designed to carry you from movement to stillness as the sun melts into the lake. This is more than a yoga class. It’s a sensory experience. Open air. Water views. Music pulsing through your body. A community moving together as the sky shifts to evening. Come ready to move. Stay for the release.2026
