Lisa Fischer is a certified Sound Healer and Trauma-Informed Somatic Life Coach. Her personal journey of healing and self-development has led her to explore many modalities, but she found her true passion in the transformative power of sound.
With a naturally busy mind, Lisa discovered sound healing as a way to quiet her thoughts and experience deep stillness. Through this practice, she has entered some of the most profound meditative states of her life and learned the art of true rest.
She believes sound healing is a powerful and much-needed practice in today’s fast-paced world, one that can create lasting transformation and profound shifts in well-being. Lisa looks forward to holding space and connecting with you through the healing vibrations of sound.
Dena Bostwick is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) with over 500 hours of formal training and more than 15 years of dedicated personal practice. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Lifetime in Bloomfield, MI, and her 300-hour advanced training at Vikasa in Koh Samui, Thailand, where she studied with world-renowned yoga teacher Jonah Kest and philosophy and meditation teacher Alexey Vyazovov.
For Dena, the most rewarding part of teaching is helping students cultivate self-awareness and move beyond everyday limitations. Having experienced her own healing and transformation through yoga, she is passionate about guiding others on their personal journeys of growth and well-being.
Her training includes meditation, breathwork, and a wide range of yoga styles, including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. She also loves teaching children as young as age three and is committed to creating inclusive, supportive spaces for students of all ages and abilities. Dena looks forward to continuing her education while sharing the practice that has deeply shaped her own life.
